According to official sources, EXX.COM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a well-known investment institution in Korea. The well-known digital asset exchange EXX.COM was acquired by the Korean investment company MOSTHOLDNGS (EXX) and completed the handover on May 30, 2019. For short, EXX has 100% control over EXX and 100% decision-making authority and responsibility for EXX's future operations and development.
