If you're a miner you will understand the benefits of this project. I have added the roadmap of the project as one of the photos.
The purpose of the project is to solve the ethereum problems in terms of decentralization.
Of course, the access to this is not free, but also I don't consider is expensive. You will be in profit for sure, so the service pays off.
It would be interesting to see if they will adopt other blockchains too. Take a look it's free!

I don't understand the technicalities of it but is it an economic incentive for running Ethereum Light Clients or is it for running full nodes?
I think this is for promoting Light Clients by giving access to pool of full nodes.
But why the one running a full node share the payment with others?
Whatever but since Ethereum Foundation has extended some grant to this project, it must be something.
will have to take a look at it. Such a good way for the miners to make some cool cash. Irrespective of the price, i think i love the Etherum blockchain.

More decentralization and good incentives to booster the miners are essential for the ethereum network to become succesfull in the future. I hope this project will be one that lifts Ethereum to the next level! Very good Hunt!!!
