It's Sunday | Think about the next week
I know, having “tasks” on Sunday doesn’t sound too good, because that’s when you usually relax and do nothing.
But I’m not going to talk about things that require a lot of energy. I’m talking about things that you might actually enjoy doing on a quiet Sunday.
And we’ll have an easier week is we do these things in the weekend.
It’s frustrating and exhausting to always complain about how hard the week is, and we’re always waiting for Friday. If we have a more productive week, we will certainly feel better.
Write down what you have to do next week
You can use an agenda or just a notebook and write down the main responsibilities you have for the next week, think about what you will have to do every day.
By doing this, you will feel more organized and you won’t be stressed every day that you might have forgotten something.
Think about what you are going to wear
I’m sure everyone knows what it’s like to sit in front of your closet, wondering what to wear.
This causes us to waste a lot of time. Instead of doing this every morning, try “planning” your outfits in the weekend, or at least every night before work or school.
Choose something, iron your shirt and in the morning you will be almost ready to go.
This way, in the free time that’s left you could sleep a little bit more, or even better, drink some coffee and have breakfast. Sorry guys, that was my girlfriend idea.
Make time to reflect on what you’ve done and what’s left to be done
The weekend is the perfect time to take some time and think about your achievements.
Also, because you’ll be more relaxed, you might become more creative and great ideas might occur.
If it helps, you can write them down and select what seems important. Set some new goals.
Think about what you would like to eat next week and go grocery shopping
If you live alone, you probably know what it’s like to arrive home after a long day, open the fridge and notice that there’s nothing there.
Start by deciding what you would like to eat next week, breakfast, lunch and dinner (also, maybe some snacks).
Make your list and go to the grocery store. You can even cook some meals and put them in the fridge for the next few days.
It will be much easier to open the fridge and have your dinner right in front of you after a hard day.
Relax
Forget about worries and problems. Relax. Do what makes you feel good. It’s not selfish to take care of yourself, everybody needs it from time to time.
There is so much negativity in the world that often times, we get knocked down by it. I read somewhere "what lies behind us or before us is nothing compared to what lies within us"...and if most of us get knocked down by the negativity that means our inner-self is not strong enough to fight against it. Very nice positive post.
Thanks for the share that will definatately help in planning for a happy and successful week

I love the caption and I totally agree @jwolf. And no, you aren't the only one who likes being organized I do too, it gives one a straighthead in one's endeavor.
Since Sunday is the start of the week, it should be a crucial day of the week and must be well spent. Thanks for this
