I have been putting some daily activities in a spreadsheet to track the targets.

I was working for GE (General Electric) 5 years ago for about a year. When I left the company, I had to sell some portion of the shares to cover the Tax. As a company employee, you get about 10%/15% discounts (don't remember correctly) to buy a share (ESPP schemes for most companies).
I didn't sell any since then, and I see the price is back high.
