TRON sending funds to account itself
On Steem Blockchain, technically, you can send STEEM or SBD to itself - the API allows it and the transaction can be broadcasted to the chain.
For example: @justyy sends 1 STEEM to @justyy.
On TRON blockchain, however, you are not allowed to do this. And message will be shown:
"Cannot transfer TRX to the same account"
And of course, the operation is not signed on the chain. Therefore, I have added an extra check to the Test coin bots (Discord/Telegram) for TRON.
