Steem Load Balancer: Allowing 500 Blocks Behind (Max Jussi Difference)
I've noticed that many nodes were not chosen because the jussi number check failed (more than 100 blocks behind the latest one). I am not sure why but those nodes seemed OK.
Thus, I have relaxed the max_jussi_number_diff
