Show Error Statistics and More on Steem Load Balancer Node

I've been adding a few PRs to Steem Load Balancer:

The changes are all deployed to:

• steem.justyy.com - New York, USA
• api.steemyy.com - London, UK

Stats shown includes:

1. Requests Per Second: which is simply dividing total requests by the number of seconds since it was up.
2. Total Requests
3. Uptime shows how long since the Load Balancer was up and running.
4. The number of requests for each node (chosen)
5. The error counters - when the requests are forwarded to the chosen node, it might fail as well.

To investigate: it seems the failure rates are still quite high.
