Server Back to Normal - and Steps Taken to Fix This

Site https://steemyy.com was down for nearly 10+ hours, and finally it is back and the CPU usage has been observed back to normal.

Here were the steps taken:

1. Upgrade from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 20.04 and then Ubuntu 22.04 via do_release_upgrade command, do remember to run this upgrade command in a saved session screen -S upgrade
2. Apply a rate-limiting rule to the / so that for any 10 second period, a maximum number of 20 requests are allowed per IP.
3. Set the PHP-FPM process to pm=ondemand, pm.max_children=50 and pm.max_request=500

VPS Server Spec:

1. 4 Core Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 v4 @ 2.40GHz
2. 6 GB RAM
3. 80 GB SSD
4. 4TB Bandwidth
