Relax the OpenExchangeRate Caching Expiration
I've previously set to 2700 seconds for expiry which is 45 mins. If a month has 31 days, then the total number of calls is 31x24x60/45=992 which is under 1000 calls.
Not sure what happened, but for now, I have made it 46.67 mins e.g. 2800 seconds
