The STEEM Load Balance Node (hosted on CloudFlare Edge Technology) has been rate limited due to exceeding 100K requests today.

It is on Free Plan - so it has a Hard-cap at 100K per day, and the quota will be reset at UTC-0, so should be available soon. This is the first time that it exceeds the requests limit.

As you probably notice, CloudFlare stops all the requests after exceeding 20%.
