Proposal Progress: Well, rocksdb fails with warnings

Progress Update
In my last post, I shared that the build was 96% complete. Since then, I’ve made some progress — I got it to compile successfully inside the container.
However, when I did a full cleanup and tested with a fresh Docker build, it failed at 39%, specifically during the RocksDB compilation.
I suspect the issue didn’t appear earlier because RocksDB had already been compiled on Ubuntu 22.04 and was somehow being reused.
