Progress Update

While the Ubuntu22.04 PR is being reviewed https://github.com/steemit/steem/pull/3700 I am working hard to make progress for steemd to compile on Ubuntu24.04.

The PR review may take a while, I was told by @ety001 that now it requires 2 reviewers for PR to approve.
