Fix Account Values and API

The steemit Bot shows incorrect Account Value:

Also, the official steemit wallet:

The reason is that the steem.get_ticker() in Python SDK seems not returning correct values.

Therefore I've used the ticker API to fetch the latest market price, and have fixed the bot.

I've also taken this chances to update two fields of the API:
