Crypto.com Requires Additional Information as by Law

Since last week, Crypto.com requires us to provide additional information in order to top up the Crypto Card. This is required by the Law (HMRC, UK).

Crypto Card is a good way to convert your crypto to fiat money or stake crypto to earn some passive income.

[IMPORTANT] Additional Information Required for Seamless Card Top-Up
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be informed that for regulatory reasons, you are required to provide the following additional information about yourself in order to seamlessly top-up your Crypto.‌com Cards:

• Expected annual transaction volume
• Annual income bracket
• Employment Status

From today, when you go to Card > Top-Up in the Crypto.‌com App, there will be an ‘Additional Information Required’ pop-up window allowing you to conveniently submit the information.

If you’re a Midnight Blue Virtual Cardholder and requesting for the Physical Card the first time, please ensure you complete the additional information required; otherwise, an error message will be displayed when you request for the Physical Card.
