His accounts are created by @boylikegirl.wit
His English is far too shit for him to be from the UK.
Those IP addresses indicate that he's using a scaleway.com server for his activities. Presumably, this is where he's hosting his Pyhton scripts.
I've contacted them to identify the perpetrator which should result in their account being closed.
Have you got any more IP addresses for any of the other accounts he's created?
That IP address at the bottom is his personal IP address. From Pakistan, just like I thought. Can you search your database for other accounts created from the same IP address?
