A girl and her dog. What more can I say?

Japengo is my first dog that was actually mine, and not just a family dog. I've always wanted another dog in the house since our last one died when I was about 6 years old. I would beg my dad for a dog and his answer was always no. 😅
Yeeeears pass and it's my dad's birthday. @captainobviou3 He had a sushi dinner that night with some friends. The friends cancelled, and instead of finding something else to do or buy, he decided to get me a puppy. But he doesn't just come home with a pup, it happened at Costco. He told me as we were walking down the aisle. He said "You know what I want for my birthday? A dog." My jaw dropped. He had to be messing with me. But nope. Later that night he got me a Chihuahua puppy. (Funny because I wanted a mastiff LOL) This puppy was the sweetest thing in the world. The perfect dog growing up, even in his puppyhood he was an angel.
We named him Japengo, after the sushi restaurant. He will be 7 years old in October. ❤ but forever my puppy!
