BTC ETF Theory

If you need fiat to invest in ETFs and you also need BTC for a BTC ETF, then selling off for fiat and having a liquid btc market is probably needed to effectively execute the BTC ETF properly.

That being said it would make that ETF extremely profitable if that is the process the BTC ETF follows.

Am I crazy for thinking this way?
