Delicious food at a restaurant called Dims

Hi Steemit,

A while back I went to a restaurant called Dims. When I was looking at the menu trying to figure out what I would like to order, I had the feeling that I always have when I am ordering at a restaurant: indecisiveness...
I had two dishes that both sounded so delicious that I really couldn't make a choice.

Soooooo what do you do when you can choose? Exactly, you get both dishes!

The dish on the bottom of the picture is slow roasted pork belly with steamed radish and a silky raspberry sauce. Garnished with a special local herb and home made purple potato chips. The dish in the top of the picture is a veal Carpaccio with crispy Prosciutto di Parma, a truffle mayonnaise and fried sage.
I loved the dishes and was very happy I decided to take both!
