Thank you @mers for inviting me to join this community of ranks. Actually I have my rank already, Private First Class, too, thanks to @seo-boss. This is now my 2nd post.
Today am sharing you this plant I snapped at Diane's Seafood House a resto just here in our place Carcar City.
This is Cultivar of Century Plant, Variegated Agave/Agave Americana 'Variegata', a succulent, perrential and bloom during summer time. They like full sunlight. This plant make an excellent choices for gardens and patio in warm areas.

Wow this is a nice succulent, I have this in my spanish garden. The difference is , mine has a pointed thorn at the end of each leaf that can be so dangerous and the leaf is full of spikes too.
