Unemployment problem
The main reason for our unemployment is our education policy! The education system in a country should be determined with the needs of the country. We should know how many graduates need in any country in our country. And without making everyone graduate, it is necessary to keep some boys and girls in work-related education. And this country should not make the market to produce some productive industries! Education is needed for everyone but not everyone needs to be Graduate or PhD Degree because higher degrees are higher training which is unacceptable to build ideal people! Education and training is not one! Higher degrees but better people can not build, higher degrees can build good specialists. But how many experts are needed for a country's development?
I'd say the main reason for unemployment problems are growing populations (often through immigration) and increased automation. And government ministers mostly only being in it only for themselves (particularly if they're right wing, though I suspect most politicians are as bad as each other, here).
Jobs, niches can be legitimately necessary. But there are so many - the middlemen of the world - that only exist to give someone the bare minimum to do. Wealth creation, maybe, but raisons d'existence, hardly.
Maybe the way we educate our politicians (or at least select them) is the real problem? ;)
