Rich pineapple cake

Greetings my people of steemit, today I come again to share a wonderful recipe how to make a pineapple cake, a cake that like any other is delicious but the taste of this cake is unique and is one of the most recognized cakes in Venezuela and which I love doing with my family and friends.

The ingredients that will be needed to make this delicious cake are the following:

• 2 ½ cup of sugar
• 4 cups of wheat flour
• 12 eggs
• 4 panels of butter
• ½ cup of milk
• 1 pineapple previously sliced
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla
• 1 tablespoon of royal powder
  For the candy you will need
• 1 cup of Sugar
• ½ of water

PREPARATION

First you start to beat the butter with the sugar until it is very creamy, add the egg yellows to the mixture and continue whisking. Then milk, flour and royal powder are added. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the mixture in an enveloping way. Apart prepare the boiling melado sugar and water, until a slightly golden color then place in a round mold where you can then place the slices of pineapples around the mold.

Pour the mixture over the caramel and pineapple and bring it to the oven for 40 minutes at 350 º.
