It was a Big Bad Wolf Book Sale yesterday! Any book lover might be familiar with what this is all about, for those who aren't, this is the biggest book sale in Asia. It offers 60-80% discounts!

Let me share how half of our day went at IEC in Mabolo, Cebu.

That's not me, this lad took a lot of time taking his photo that I ended up just capturing him as well.

At 10:30 AM, we arrived at IEC went directly to the entrance, it didn't take long before we were able to get in. Here's some photos inside:

The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is the BIGGEST (and most affordable!) book sale in the world offering 60%-80% discounts on all books. The Sale is in Cebu City, Philippines for the second time and will be held from the 13th to the 23th July 2018 and will run 24 hours a day, for 255 hours NON-STOP. The sale will have over 1.5 million books covering 20,000 high-end English titles across all genres, including fiction, non-fiction, children’s books and even rare collector’s titles! - bigbadwolf

There were thousands and millions of books! It was overwhelming, I didn't know where to start. I am not a bookworm as well so I was just there to check what this can offer to those who are not really book lovers like me.

If there's a book that I really want to finish, that's the Bible so I was looking for a new Bible that is small and I can bring everywhere I go.

I finally found the Bible for me.

I know Bibles cost a lot and I was already fine with that price, I have a green with a leathery type of cover with a red Tulip. It's girly and I love it.

I had coffee today while reading a chapter from the book of Exodus:

But I also bought some other books, a hard bound which cost only Php 290. I also had some personal testimony books about their faith.

James picked two books, one about Photography and a Self Help one which is really interesting, he couldn't find a stock he bought the sample!

There were sticker books I bought for my niece, another two for journaling because they were cheaper than buying in the bookstore!

It was amazing to see these lots of readers, some young ones were really into fiction and scifi stories, I also learned from other young ones that when buying books like in this type of fair, one should check a book's rating online through the web. Gosh, I didn't do that but yeah perhaps in the future.

The event runs for the next 10 days, its open 24 hours so you guys can also check it if you got time.

I got a little disappointed they used plastic bags for packing these books. I wished they used the ecobags instead.
