Our Living Hope
I should be in bed right now, however, I realized I have something to post before hitting the sack!
But before that, let me tell you about a sad story...
Earlier today, my husband @panoramicview and I went to the first #SteemSummit held in Cebu organized by @Steemph.cebu, congratulations to the organizers who made an exemplary job! Kudos to all the workers behind, the committees who made every single aspect of the event a success!
The summit started at one in the afternoon and it was supposed to end at seven in the evening but since the event concluded a little bit earlier, we had to also bid goodbye for some other errands.
Then as we arrived home, @panoramicview was scanning on his steemit account and was shocked to see @jassennaj's post about Terry aka @surpassinggoogle being at the venue, just a few minutes after we left!
That was a frustrating thing and we regret leaving the venue. Anyways, I hope we will meet him someday, in the future!
Going back to the real blog topic...
Earlier today, as I was listening to a sermon, I made some quick writing on my working pad:
Our Living Hope
I started with just the calligraphy, I used a Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen Brush - 108 Dark Cadmium Yellow. Added a light shadow, just for the sake of adding depth to the writing.
But then I decided to add some more.
And then some more. I had to stop there.
To all those who feel depressed, lonely, abandoned, hurting, suffering, tearing up and about to give up. Please know that there's hope at the end of the tunnel. That there's a light which will break through.
You might be broken right now, you might be bleeding from that pain you feel deep inside but remember:
There's someone who's willing to endure the pain of picking up all those broken pieces to make you whole again. Look up, turn to Him, He is our Living Hope!
