Look, I'm a level 47, nothing fancy, and without much money in my Steemit account, even after being dedicated to putting up content for 2 months now. And I've heard the problems, and I almost was driven away by them as well, since I was putting so much time into Steemit without much to show for it. But there is an opportunity here that we cannot afford to miss. I know the struggles: people buying exposure and upvotes, amazing content being buried and never viewed, and not earning enough for the time and the effort you're putting in. One reason I'm thinking about quitting is that videos won't play half the time. How does anyone get views? This is the fifth video I tried to play that just sat spinning. I'm trying to remain positive but today was not a good day on steemit for me.

I agree, in the four months I’ve been on Steemit I’ve hit walls for sure. It seems like some days you make nothing and it’s not worth your time at all. However in the long run hopefully this will all seem minimal and the rewards will be worth it :) keep steemian!
100%, that's exactly how we have to approach it. Where else can we even earn anything for all the amazing thoughts, ideas, content, and words that we have in our minds? Steemit gives us that perfect platform to be rewarded for this, even if it is minimal at times.
Such encouraging words are needed to keep one going. In my opinion, I think it is best not to focus too much on the monetary gains so as not to get disappointed.
Agreed. They will come, just keep putting your best content out there and wait for the opportunities to come, which may take some time, but is worth the wait.
