Thai Cuisine...served in a carved pineapple!
I've seen enough Iron Chef to know that it's all about flavor and presentation. And this dish had both. It was epic. I mean just look at it!
Red coconut curry with tender, succulent duck, served within a carved pineapple, thus infusing all the juice and pineapple aroma and flavor within the dish.
We decided to get Thai for dinner tonight...and it looks like we chose right!
