My First Week in Steemit
Its just over my first week on Steemit and its been interesting.
If you are just getting started then you might go through some of the following experiences
lots to learn - from Steem to Steem Power. From whales to minnows. Even vests and a witness. Ive come across loads of new terms that I still dont fully understand how they connect to each other but as I like to learn its a good challenge.
resiliance - most people join Steemit to earn money. But creating content you are proud to put your name to can be tricky.
people - Ive already met some really interesting people who have written posts which have made me think. As I enjoy thinking they have had a positive impact on me. I have read some comments of particularly rude people but not directly so not damped my experience
inspiration - I dont know what will happen in the future. Steemit could collapse and all my work could disappear. However sure beats wasting time on Facebook and if my posts or comments have impacted at least one person in a positive way then I will be happy.

All the best in your steemit journey! It is great to hear that you have learnt a lot within a short time! We all had to learn and grow. I have been in the platfrom for about slightly over 60 days.
