"Get ready! We are running late, it's already 6:10 a.m.," Riya was screaming. Jenny and Riya are two friends who live close by. They are quite concerned about their health. Every year, they make their way to the Red Fort grounds for the International Yoga Day celebrations.

Jenny was running late as usual. She said, "Wait for five minutes, I will be back with my mat." Riya made
her way towards the gate. Jenny came with all the requirements in her hand.

After walking for 15 minutes, they reached the Red Fort grounds. Both of them arranged their mats and settled down, and then waited for the honorable Prime Minister.

When the Prime Minister arrived, the crowd got very excited. All of them stood up together and welcomed him. He then went to his spot in front. Everyone started with the very first exercise . Anu-lom-Vilom. Afterwards, they all did many other asanas and the Yoga Day celebration went off really well!
