Hi Steemians! Have you ever seen this? Are they boiled eggs? No. They taste so sweet and soft with fresh papaya inside. This is egg-less Pudding in Egg shell. I have a lot of egg shells from my various kitchen experiments so think to do something with them. Want to see how I make this? So easy.
Ingredients:
Egg shells
I sachet jelly powder
100 gr full cream
100 gr sugar
800 cc fresh water
Papaya ( round shape)
Instructions:
Crack the egg shell from the bottom with little hole carefully.
Place jelly powder, sugar and pour water, stir then heat.
Pour the full cream while stirring wait until simmering then turn of heat.
Place papaya in each shell.
Pour the jelly stew into the shells then chill.
Freeze for a while and serve.

This is wonderful! I am saving this. I love foods that are disguised as other foods - I think there was some kind of word for that in medieval times, but I can't think of it right now. Something akin to "folly."

I got this from my mother in law. So I can say it's one of those old recipes. 😀
