#MY NYSC DAIRY (PART 2)
Good day Steemians, Last week saturday I brought you my little experience at my NYSC camp which was a fun one. Today, I will be given you the gist with lots of pix.
On 22nd, I voluteer as SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Which is a community development group, SDGs has 17goals which includes:
1. End poverty in all forms.
2. End hunger, achieve food security, improve and promote sustainable agriculture.
3. Ensure healthy life and promote well-being for all ages.
4. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote life long learning opportunities for all.
**5. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls **
6. Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
7. Ensure access to reliable, sustainable, affordable and modern energy for l.
8. Promote sustainable, inclusive and sustainable economic growth and productive employment and decent work for all.
9. Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation.
10. Reduce inequality within and among country.
11. Makes cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.
12. Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
13. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its important.
14. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for for sustainable development.
15. Protect, restore, and promot sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainable manage forest, combat desertification and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.
16. Promote peaceful and inclusive society for sustainable development provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.
17. Strengthening the means of implementation and revitalized the global partnership for sustainable development.
The above goals is what we were taught at SDGs class, which started on 22nd and ended with our graduation on 26th.
In addition, one of the most important thing I enjoyed most at Camp is the introduction of SKILLS ACQUISITION ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT (SAED).
The aims of this program is to empowered all the Corps members in order to be self-reliance and not depends on governments for white-colar jobs.
Personally, I love farming which prompted me to join bee-making class. I learned alot of things about how to rear bees and how to extract honey and also monetized it.
