Unloving someone has to do with deciding to stop loving the person. It may be difficult but it is actually doable.

You will need to delete all traces of the person from your phone, or any other means 

Delete all chats, call logs, perhaps even numbers, if it is that critical

Take away anything that reminds you about the person

Get something doing, don't be idle, Many a times, when you are idle, you get fed with thoughts of this person.
