Help! I Sleep Too Much

Hello Steemians and friends around the world.

How are you doing today?

Well, I could pass for doing well because I slept well.

I know it's always good to have a good sleep 😴 but sometimes, sleeping too much can be an hindrance to certain things you would have solved.

I love waking up early to read or make posts because I have to go to work.

But the few days, after I recovered from my sickness, I've been sleeping too much 😔 😢 😭

Normally, before, I could stay up till 11 PM or later and still wake up by 2 or 3 am and commence activities for the day.

But these days, it's been pretty difficult.

Once it's 9, 10 PM, I start feeling dizzy 😵

And when I sleep, 😴 the next time I open my eyes, it's 5 AM already and I have to immediately start preparing for work.

PLEASE HELP

What can I do?

Advice/suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Uh oohh.. Hmm? I guess try to eat some chocolates or drink coffee to keep you awake. And also, set an alarm so you'd be able to wake up in the time you want to wake up. :)

I'm strughling with over sleeping too.

Yours may be as a result of you just recovering. But I'll advice you should give yourself body time to readjust.

You just recovering, you know
And there are times when your body wants more rest.
Then try to set alarm, it might help.
