Flower Orchary or Grass Reeds ?

Weeds often encountered in the street or in the hills are overgrown with weeds.

I am very much concerned about the mention of weeds. Is this plant classified as flower or classified as grass?

Because there is a mention of Flower Weeds and not infrequently also we hear with Weed Grass

** How do you think of it ?
