Home granola is oat flakes, nuts and dried fruits baked in the oven until golden and cheerful crunch. Healthier food is hard to come by: in granola is full of fiber and vitamins, which are preserved due to delicate heat treatment. In contrast to store options, home granola does not contain excess sugar, trans fats and artificial additives. Perfectly affects the digestion and metabolism, plus cleanses the vessels of "bad" cholesterol.

Ingredients (for 10 bars):
• Oat flakes - 200 gr (602 kcal)
• Honey - 30 gr (93 kcal)
• Nuts and dried fruit cocktail (you can take a ready-made cocktail or take your favorite nuts and dried fruits) - 100 gr (490 kcal calories of my mixture, you may have another, depending on the ingredients selected)

Preparation:

  1. First we heat the frying pan. We put there oatmeal. Then add your favorite dried fruits and chopped peeled peanuts. All fry in a skillet without oil.
  2. Now stir the fried mixture with the liquid honey. The mixture should be slightly sticky.
  3. Mass carefully tamped in a shallow dish. After that, put in the refrigerator, so that the granola is thoroughly frozen. Then cut into small bars of 30-40 grams (similar to muesli bars).
