My thoughts about microblogging

Hello friends,

I believe you are all doing great and fine and are actively following the rules and ethics of steemit community.

It is a wonderful opportunity to come before this great community today again in attempt to the contest hosted by @steem-seven.

I am participating in this contest because I have come to see the Importance of this contest and how the answers from participants can help grow steemit at large.

This contest centers on the use of microblogging platforms such as twitter and how we can create one for steemit.

Please follow along and I can assure you that you will enjoy this ride.

Before providing answers to this question, permit me to first of explain what is meant by microblogging.

Microblogging can be explained to be a short blog post that was designed for the aim of a quick and typical direct audience interaction.

This means that with microblogging, you can post memes, picture, gifs and easily get others to interact with it.

There are so many microblogging platforms and one of the most effective is Twitter.

Twitter connects the world together and everyone can react to a very simple short post.

Most companies make use of Twitter for promotion and it has proven very effective.

Personally, I have made use of some microblogging apps and the names of the ones I have used are:

• Twitter
• WhatsApp
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Tiktok
• Snapchat etc.

These apps are fun to use and when enough audience have been gathered by an account, such an account can be monetized and used for other advertisment activities.

The fun gotten from the apps is enough reason to make use of it and this is what attract people to it.

Personally, I love the idea of a microblogging apps 😃.

Having a brand new microblogging platform based on steem would be a very brilliant and interesting innovative.

Imagine communicating with your friends and family and getting paid for it.

It will be a nice initiative, having a social media and a bank in one platform.

Creating a microblogging app based on steem will help attract more investors to the steemit platform.

Since steemit is a decentralized social media platform, it should also have a microblogging app to back it up as a social media platform.

I can take advantage of this provision by creating an account in the microblogging app, and refer a lot of my friends to a new social media app.

They will definitely want to give it a try, it is worth it.

There are a lot of things I like about microblogging and it has its disadvantages too though.

Continue with me as I explain things I love about microblogging.

• One thing I love so much about a microblogging is that it helps to connect two or more people together.

It helps to reunite old friends and strengthen the bond of such friendship.

• Another thing I like about microblogging is that if properly utilized, it can be used to make passive income.

There are some microblogging apps that pays their content creators for building a large audience.

• Microblogging can also be used as a means of advertisement if properly utilized.

After creating a large audience, you can use your account on the microblogging app to advertise for big companies/institution and get paid.

• One thing I personally dislike about microblogging is that most users usually live a fake life.

What I mean is that, most users loves to appear to be rich/wealthy while in reality they are poor.

• Another thing I don't like about microblogging is that it is addictive and time consuming.

If a user doesn't set rules as to the amount of time he should spend on these apps, he will discover that he would spend his whole time on these apps.

This is a great contest and overall, I feel the creation of a microblogging app for steem is actually best for the growth of steem.

It will help attract others to steemit and we shall all grow with steem.
