bug : check-in not working

Expected behavior

When check-in is clicked, the app should load and open a window where locations can be searched for and tagged to posts by the users.

Actual behavior

When check-in was clicked , the app refuse to bring the window to search for and input location as it should have been.

How to reproduce

1. Download the app from fdroid
2. Install and launch the app
3. Log in with your facebook details
4. Click on the floating action button (+ icon in the right bottom side of the app )
5. Click on check-in
   It will be observed that there is no change as
   the app refuse to open the check-in page

• Browser: materialfbook 3.7.5 x
• Operating system: android 6.0 infinix Note 3
