Banda Aceh - State Attorney (Kejari) Banda Aceh execute Village Secretary (Sekdes) Gampong Lueng Bata, Lueng Bata Sub-district, Banda Aceh City as proven to commit corruption crime against Allocation Fund Gampong (ADG). Tuesday (27/2/2018).

Muhammad Zulfan, Special Crime Section Chief when met in his office, said the convicted criminal of ADG was named Darwin bin Muhammad Ali.

"The convicts were executed to the Kahju Aceh Besar Prison (Kasju) Prison. The convicted formerly served Sekdes in Gampong Lueng Bata, "he said.

ACEHTREND.CO, Banda Aceh- State Attorney (Kejari) Banda Aceh execute Village Secretary (Sekdes) Gampong Lueng Bata, Lueng Bata Sub-district, Banda Aceh City as proven to commit corrupt acts against the Gampong Fund Allocation (ADG). Tuesday (27/2/2018).

Muhammad Zulfan, Special Crime Section Chief when met in his office, said the convicted criminal of ADG was named Darwin bin Muhammad Ali.

"The convicts were executed to the Kahju Aceh Besar Prison (Kasju) Prison. The convicted formerly served Sekdes in Gampong Lueng Bata, "he said.
Zulfan explained that the prison execution against Darwin was based on the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) panel No. 1749 K / PID. SUS / 2017 chaired by Artijo Alkostar against ADG corruption case of 2012 budget year.

"The Supreme Court punishes a convicted five-year prisoner and a fine of Rp 200 million subsidy for six months in prison. Previously, the relevant sentenced to free at the first court level, "he said.

Zulfan said, the crime of corruption committed by Darwin is not alone but together with Syarifuddin who at that time served as Keuchik Gampong Lueng Bata.

Syarifuddin has been found guilty by the Supreme Court with a sentence of 5.6 years in prison and has been executed in January 2018 prison.

"In addition to the prison sentence, the Supreme Court also punish Syarifuddin by paying Rp150 million. While Darwin is not charged to pay replacement money, "he explained.

Zulfan revealed, ADG corruption that both did originated from local community reports to the police. Because, Syarifuddin can not account for funds amounting to Rp150 million.

The funds, he said, should be used by Syarifuddin to buy building materials for rental houses owned by Gampong Lueng Bata. But by Syarifuddin the money is not used for the purchase of building materials.

"The concerned can not be accountable for the use of the funds, until finally the people report to the police," he said.
