A giant humanoid monster created through a prolonged exposure by the Virus-T, after the release of the monster "Tyrant-002" kills Wesker through its claws.

The character kills the Tyrant-002 with firearms and then activates the self-destruction program to put an end to the laboratory to the experiments that were performed with humans and animals to turn them into horrible mutant creatures and zombies.
