They will need to figure out custody solutions, that's the biggest issue.
As we've seen with Exchanges there is a major learning curve in terms of preventing it from being stolen.
Also have to make sure your own people don't run off with the reserves like we just saw in Africa!
It's a great step forward for bitcoin and Mexico though, keep it coming!
They should make Bitcoin more like Ethereum, where you can run decentralized exchanges... Then you can just limit how many coins can be accessed by third parties.
In my own smart contracts, there is two panic "buttons"... One unsends all tokens sent to specific address and the other sends all funds held by contract to the creator of the contract.
