Bitcoin Hashrate hits another new all time high...
What China ban?!
China banned bitcoin mining last year, but you'd hardly realize that at this point.
The hashrate is now higher than it was prior to the Chinese ban.

That's saying a lot considering China account for almost half the hashrate a couple years ago.
This goes to show how resilient the bitcoin network is.
If it's get shutdown in one location, it can simply move to another.
As long as at least one location allows it to run, it will run.
Technically you need at least two locations, no matter how far they are... Most cryptocurrency nodes fail to start if not connected to at least one another node... This is because the "network" is free to reject a block or transaction that the local node has already accepted.

As a cryptocurrency developer I should know the basic requirements of running nodes... lol...
