During the next few months Rocket League will have a bunch of new updates and features which I am all excited for. So here is the entire list everything that will be Added to Rocket League this Spring.

February 

Everyone knows what is going to happen in the February update there is the start of the new season which is season 7. That means we will get the Season 6 wheels very soon which are probably the weakest season reward since the Rocket Trails of the 4th season, but they are not horrible just a little disapointing.

Everybody knows about the wheels and the season ending but this is probably the thing I am Most excited for and it is the Rocket League Tournament Mode Beta. Tournament mode I think this is going to be a matchmaking mode where you play random people in tournaments. There might even be cool rewards for the team or players that win these online tournaments. Just clarify I am just guessing what this mode is like nothing has been confirmed yet but the developers have eluded to the mode being similar to what I just described. The February update will be available on all platforms February 7th.

March - April

In March and April there will be a lot of new stuff coming out through different updates in these months. First minor thing to get out of the way is there will be a new licensed premium DLC. Not sure from what movie or series this will be from but it is coming. The tournaments mode will be out of Beta by then and hopefully it will be fully functioning without any problems. There will be a Spring event like what we had with Halloween and Winter and my guess is they will do the same thing they have done with the previous seasonal events. 

There will also be what the developers call "Quality of Life Updates" which will make our lives better. These updates include Item Stacking, better item filtering in the garage, and being able to equip painted car bodies to the blue or orange team. Other options that will be implemented are you will have the option  “Team Quick Chat Only” and also to turn the one minute warning off. I don't really see the need for turn the minute warning off because I think it is helpful, but I guess we will have the option in the future. 

There will also be benefits to servers so there is better server performance which is a problem I am glad they are trying to fix. Lastly if you play Rocket League on the Nintendo Switch then there will be some visual Quality updates for you so the game will look a lot nicer.

April and Later

These are the updates and that are coming in Late April and some of early Summer. First big thing that I have wanted for a very long time is Cross Platform Parties. The abilitiy to party up with someone who is on a different console with you, its a dream come true. There will be new banners, titles, and other rewards available you can earn by leveling up. There will be new Arenas and finally some more support for the Xbox One version of the game.
