Daily Food Photography | Lechon
Lechon -- who doesn't know what it is? It's probably one of the few dishes that the Philippines, or Filipinos for that matter, is identified with. That being said, lechon (or lechon baboy specifically), that is internationally known as suckling pig, already forms part of who we are as a nation.
Truth of the matter is, some would even consider it a solid representation of Filipinos, as a whole -- soft and tender on the inside, but with a tough surface. Do you agree? Care to share your thoughts?
Happy eating!
