Superior lady - streetphoto portrait / #club100
My post goes for week 168 of WoX Portrait Photography and Art contest run by @axeman. This is a #streetphoto I took today on street in the most fashionable city district, of boutiques, restaurants etc. Stranger lady was taking selfie at Nevski avenue, and I happened to be passing by. Perhaps hundred and maybe thousands girls and ladies do this everyday, it is not something unique or super attractive, but... I was attracted by this vivid emotion that was written on her face.
I could not be sure I decyphered it well - was it superiority, self-satisfaction, self-admiration, or just joy of getting an awesome shot? - but I loved it. And momentarily pressed the shutter button, almost instinctively. The very next second I was noticed (this happened at a distance of only two steps!) and I would never have an opportunity to aim for a while, or adjust the exposure, or do several takes. I quickly retreated into the crowd, and only at my return home I saw what I had on my hands.

Totally blind one-shot, no doubles - and my 50mm lens nailed it! Lucky click, as they say. And what do you think? Do you like this un-staged portrait?
