Dzisiaj stacyjki i trening wytrzymalosciowo-wydolnosciowy. Nareszcie czuje sie swietnie a moje endomorfiny sa w siodmym niebie.
Finally back to the training room after Christmas. Earlier a week off because I had intestinal flora.
Today I did stations and strength and endurance training. Finally I feel great and my endomorphins are in heaven.
