I live in a small town of Culasi where fishing and farming are the main sources of livelihood of the residents. Today, I will be sharing about fishing of our neighbor fishermen. One of the traditional ways of catching fishes in our place is by the use of a fishing net. The fisherman will start dropping the net into the sea to be pulled a group of people - (bayanihan style) fishermen and neighbors while fishes are trapped inside the fishing net. If the catch is abundant, people who helped pulled the fishing net will also have their share of the catch.

You can make it a soup by boiling sliced onions and tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste then just add this fish.
But in this picture, my husband requested a salad. I just add spicy vinegar, sliced onion, and these fishes are cooked in vinegar. LOL
