Presents from Santa

Oh, presents!

I was surprised to see these gifts under our Christmas Tree before I went to work. All of these are from our flatmates' gifts for my little one. This is his first Christmas celebration here in Abu Dhabi. We were in the Philippines in our hometown for a celebration last year. I couldn't help but snap some few pictures of him and his presents to show it to his Santas. I am thankful for these people who have been our family for years. A family away from home.

I am not after for Christmas present from anybody else. Having my family and friends are already gifts that I unwrap​ everyday - priceless.

Christmas is the time of the year where we are reminded by God that we are loved by giving his precious son to us. A time to repent, to forgive others and also to forgive ourselves because we will never be truly happy and find peace of mind and heart. Christmas​ is about love. We can never give love if our heart is full of hatred. It is time to come back to ourselves. This is the best gift you can give to yourself and to others.
