Chicken and liver adobo

I was informed by my friend @angelbless that @howtostartablog is initiating a #dailyfoodphotography and I want to share my dish that I cooked last night for the whole family.

I only got a picture of this chicken and liver adobo, a Filipino dish cooked in vinegar and soy sauce and the rest are videos. Adobo can be cooked with chicken or liver alone but I cook for a brood of 6 and some don’t eat liver so I combined it and put boiled eggs.
