This quote from Glengarry Glan Ross with Al Pacino is one of my favorites. I was often at the point in my life where I decided, nope thats it I don't like it this way I will change. In the moment you decide to change you suddenly see the possibilities what your life could be when you just change and then you get greedy and whant everything like Tony Montana in Scarface.

Thats not wrong at all it can be a superb motivation. The problem is when you do what most people do. You start fucking talking and making plans start get your friends on board. Guess what your friends are no classy steam ship psuhing you over the atlantic their a fucking anchor.

Most of them won't even understand you they will make fun about your plans and watch carefully when you fail. Humans are social beings and we live in social hierachies so we can't accept that people laugh about us. So to avoid that just keep your mouth shut.

It's a different story when you talk with your mentors or your personal powergroup a bunch of friends who also want more from life with these folks you can talk but thats it.
Your words didn't mean a shit anyway. So I tell you I want to make sport be fit be goodlooking but you see my dirty handy sticking from mountain dew and chips and find me fat, useless and lazy in front of the computer you know exactly what my words are worth nothing. The only thing that counts are actions nothing else.
