Nice post @journeyoflife. Reminds me how we often think it's so hard to embark on a plan or project, mainly because it's not always obvious that it's best to start out small.

I always seem to do that with exercise, you know, run a half mile today, go for one mile the next day, and then two, and then five, and then - whoops injured!!!

But it is tough to "stop starting" and "start finishing"

We always look at the bigger picture but often forget to get there we have to create small steps to reach it .

It’s amazing what turning off the tv and dedicating that time to something that improves the quality of your life will do for your phsyche. I am trying to teach myself Spanish, using an app on my phone, and have accomplished 212 Days in a row, today.
