PARENTHOOD: BITTERSWEET MOMENT
Pregnancy is frequently loaded with a blend of extraordinary feelings like energy, dread, uncertainty, or love. For first pregnancies, each experience is novel. Yet, since every pregnancy is special, even prepared mothers may wind up grappling with new sentiments or vulnerabilities. They may simply need to discover other ladies experiencing comparative encounters.
As with every stage of pregnancy, it’s a mixed bag of emotions and feelings. I want time to hurry up and slow down all at once. Physically, I want to be done, I’m in a lot of pain most the time. Emotionally, I’m good with being pregnant awhile longer, especially since this is most likely the last time I will be.
Nights I've spent with Acid reflux , insomnia , swollen feet , and what not. I'm At the final stretch now , just a month to go, have lots of mixed emotions . It's a bittersweet moment , but I am very exited to meet my baby boy soon. This is my first baby so I am not sure what I will expect , any advice from anyone ? Both woman and men since my husband will not be here for this .

I feel you mama, I got 3 months left, and the rest of a Florida summer to enjoy it in, (not!) I'm a mother of 2 boys, with my third boy on the way. I rode out the 5 month remainder of my second pregnancy alone. Honestly all I can say is be gentle with yourself because it can be an experience to enjoy if you accept all possible fates. If others can assist in helping you with anything, don't be afraid to accept it. Good luck ♥

A lot of pregnant ladies get henna on their belly to bring blessings, if you choose to have a henna baby blessing just make sure that the artist you choose uses 100% natural henna, from the henna plant, I can recommend you some great artists in the NY area that use natural, homemade henna paste like Kenzi or Free Bird Henna.
The henna has a very relaxing effect that you and the baby would probably enjoy!

This is from someone that never had a child. I have heard of people that play classical music to the unborn child. Something like Bach. When the child is born watch how the child will want to listen to more of it as it some how brings them to their place of comfort when they didn't have to worry about life.
Right now your voice is very important to your unborn child as it's ears are the most developed part of their body. Always talk to your unborn child and reassure it. Your voice and your mental connection will be read by your unborn child.
