That is the most energizing thing :)

I love food. I will follow you to see your stuff. You can follow mine too

I hate food!

If you hate food then your day are numbered lolzzzx....don't eat for a month and let see

I’m dying here :p

Everyday I eat I do post. But this one is Nigeria nwkobi. https://steemit.com/food/@samest/yummy-nkwobi-made-my-day-2017824t20306871z

Looks very, very tasty. An Igbo delicacy!
I would also enjoy the pepper taste. You are a chef indeed !!!

Where's the bacon?

I used to believe this, but am now undecided. Many people are switching to a 6-8 hour eating window during the day (midday-6/8pm) and with good results, mentally and psychically.

I think the jury is out, and until then i'll probably still go for some oats and a banana in the morning most days :)

Thanks for sharing!

Anything refreshes you in the morning :)

I gotta disagree on this one. Breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day, though that doesn't mean you should have it. I find being in a fasted state way more efficient especially when it comes to learning and creative work.

It's great to give you energy in the early mornings :)

Does coffee count?lol I know it doesn't but that's what I usually have.

I definitely agree that breakfast is very important! To me, it makes total sense to have something that is good nourishment as your first meal of the day.

Over the last 3 months, I haven't been prioritizing my breakfast as much as I'd like, and I think I can see the negative effects it has had in my body.

So your post has been a good reminder for me, to get back to having these green smoothies I used to make for breakfast. I always found them so convenient, it tasted nice and had things like kale and avocado in it, so it felt healthy and would keep me full for ages too!

Also, did you take that picture? I really like how rustic it is :)

Yes it was at a cafe this morning ! I used to avoid breakfast a lot and found that by 12-1 I used to be very drained of energy . I find it best to even eat little can go a long way

That is a good picture.
